1. By October 4th, we will have to get the Lab Tours, Workshops and Freshmen Saturdays underway. Akshay will be heading this with help from other officers.

2. The DEMO Project ( a project which involves an allocation of funds to 2 or 3 students who come up with great ideas for projects but need funding to carry them out). The Format for this project must also be set by October 4th. Send in your suggestions regarding the same to Varun.

3. There will be a few Social events coming up in October and November.

4. The SFC meeting on the 1st of November might have to be postponed as the IEEE requests to have this day for a Corporate Presentation.

5. The Brochure is to be made and someone will have to get in touch with Diana Fouts.

6. A tri-fold board is to be made and I will be trying to get one done. Please send me some pictures and articles so I can get it done.
